FAQ

What should I do first in Slayers 2?
Join the Ouw Productions Roblox group and redeem Release26 from the main menu before you press Play. It pays 100 Wen, 30 Spins and one Refinement Ore. SkillTreeReset is the second working code, and it refunds points you have already spent.
How do I get the Cutlass in Slayers 2?
Farm Zuko near the starting area. The Cutlass is reported at roughly a 20 percent drop rate and arrives with the Quick Draw skill, which is why it is worth the detour before the bear zone at level 10.
Do I have to do the Lost Pages quest?
It is optional, but it rewards the Book of Guidance, which points you at your next recommended quest and unlocks the map and fast travel. Finish it while you are still inside Windy Peak village.
What level do Breathing styles unlock in Slayers 2?
Trainers become available around level 25, and most of them stand on cliffs, rooftops or ice shelves. Take Wall Climb and Double Jump first, then bring Wen plus Demon Horns and Beast Cores.
Should I reroll my clan immediately?
No. Your clan is assigned when the character is created, rarity does not equal strength, and Spins only come from codes, Ore, Robux and milestones. Save them until you know which build you are building.
Which early side quests should I not skip?
The old man's lost paper hunt, Lucy's bear meat delivery and Kazu's delivery run. One guide lists them as prerequisites rather than optional content, so clear them while you are already in those areas.

What should you do in your first ten minutes in Slayers 2?

Open the main menu and redeem Release26 before you move: it pays 100 Wen, 30 Spins and one Refinement Ore. You must join the Ouw Productions Roblox group first, or the code box rejects the entry. SkillTreeReset is the other working code, and it refunds every skill point you have spent.

The code box sits on the landing page, not inside the world, so redeem before you press Play. If you are already in game, open the top menu and choose Return to the Main Menu to get back to it. Both codes are case insensitive, and several outlets print them in caps as RELEASE26 and SKILLTREERESET. Three dead codes still circulate on older code pages: EVILARTSPINS, SORRYFORSHUTDOWN and POINTSRESET. All three are expired and do nothing. One wiki claims the game has no code system at all, which contradicts nine independent outlets that list both rewards and the date SkillTreeReset was added, so treat that claim as wrong. The full working list is in our codes hub.

How do you reach level 7 with Krue’s bandit quest?

Every new character starts at Windy Peak, the starting highland tuned for levels 1 to 12. Krue, whose name also appears as Crew, hands out the repeatable three-Bandit quest at the camp outside the village. Repeat it until roughly level 7; one guide puts the camp band at 1 to 7.

Walk out of the village gate and the bandit camp is the first hostile cluster you meet, so there is nothing to navigate. Resist spending your first Wen on cosmetics. The weapon vendor in Windy Peak, listed as Raze or Reze, sells a Regular Katana for 500 Wen, and that is the first purchase that shortens every kill cycle. One site argues that bare fists beat the rusty starting blade, which can be true at the same time if you never upgrade what you are holding. Windy Peak also holds Kona, who gives the Lost Pages quest, plus the katana shop and the Thunder and Wind trainers up the slope, both far above your level.

Why is Zuko worth farming between level 7 and 10?

Zuko sits near the starting area and drops the Cutlass, a roughly 20 percent drop that arrives with the Quick Draw skill. The 7 to 10 stretch is Zuko kills mixed with ordinary bandits. One source puts the earliest comfortable farming level at 10, so treat 7 to 10 as preparation.

A weapon table lists the Cutlass at +1 Additional Damage, a 1.01x damage factor and +0.45 Block Points. Those are small numbers, and the reason to farm him is Quick Draw, not raw damage. The 20 percent rate is community reporting rather than patch notes, repeated across guide sites but never confirmed officially, so expect more than one run. The second reason the band matters is pacing: the bear chain unlocks at 10 and the bear area itself is banded 13 to 20, so arriving under-geared there costs more time than the detour did.

Why should you finish Kona’s Lost Pages quest right away?

Kona’s Recover the Lost Pages quest hides five pages inside Windy Peak village and rewards the Book of Guidance. That item points you at your next recommended quest and unlocks the map and fast travel, which is what makes the rest of the game’s travel bearable. It takes minutes.

All five pages are inside the starting village, which is why this is the best value quest of your first hour. Walk north-east from Kona toward the tall pagoda until you see three stacked barrels, and check the ground to their left. Head south-east downhill and look right, against the wall, for a garden corner. Continue straight through the left-hand alley between two houses and stop at the red torii gate. Turn around, take a few steps to the big rock and check beside it. Finally walk west along the left wall into the bamboo and look under the first bamboo on that side. A screenshot-level route is in our Lost Pages walkthrough.

Which skill tree nodes should you unlock first?

Take Double Jump and Wall Climb first, both in the movement branch of the tree. Every level pays three skill points, and those two nodes decide whether you can physically reach trainers, chests and the Final Selection parkour route. Damage nodes cannot compensate for a cliff you cannot climb.

After those two, the order most guides agree on is Max HP, then a moderate amount of stamina, then additional damage, and finally block points. Clan passives and Breathing skills sit deeper in the tree, so keep a reserve instead of spending every level the moment you earn it. The exact level at which Double Jump and Wall Climb become available is not confirmed by the community; the only number in circulation comes from a site we do not treat as authoritative, so it is not repeated here. What is confirmed is that both belong to the movement side of the tree rather than the Breathing or clan branches. The full spending order is in our skill tree guide.

How do the bear quests carry you from level 10 to 26?

From level 10 the quest line hands you to the bear area, where Lucy and then Tom run the chain. Bear Cub repeats carry you to about 18, when Mother Bear joins the rotation. The zone is banded 13 to 20 and is the main Beast Core source before Breathing opens.

Lucy’s quest is the entry point: talk to her, then to Tom, kill four Bear Cubs and hand in the Bear Meat. Turning that in is what opens the stronger version of the chain, so finish it before optimising kills per hour. Beast Demons spawn in the village near Tom at night, and most Breathing styles want around three Beast Cores, which is why this area stays useful long after the bear quests stop paying well. If you want Demon Horns for the same trainers, the snow biome above the bear area is the reported spawn, at one or two per night cycle. Both materials are covered in our Demon Horns and Beast Cores guide.

Which early side quests can you not skip?

Three side quests gate your progress toward level 35: the old man’s lost paper hunt, Lucy’s bear meat delivery and Kazu’s delivery run. A single guide lists them as prerequisites rather than optional content. Skip them and the later chain stalls, because the quest givers simply do not offer the next step.

The three sit in different corners of the early map, so the practical approach is to accept each one the first time you pass through rather than making a dedicated trip later.

Quest Where it starts Why it matters
Old man’s lost paper hunt Windy Peak village Part of the same unlock chain as Kona’s pages, and listed as a level 35 prerequisite
Lucy’s bear meat Bear area, from Lucy then Tom Four Bear Cubs per turn-in, and finishing it opens the stronger bear quests
Kazu’s delivery run Windy Peak One source reports Chaka will not hand out the level 26 to 33 quests until the Kazu notes chain is done

None of the three gives spectacular rewards, which is exactly why players skip them and then wonder why the next quest giver is silent.

When do Breathing styles open up?

Breathing trainers become available around level 25, so stop grinding and go unlock a style the moment the gate opens. Wall Climb and Double Jump are prerequisites because most trainers stand on cliffs, roofs or ice shelves. Budget Wen plus Demon Horns and Beast Cores.

Eight styles exist: Water, Flame, Thunder, Wind, Stone, Sound, Insect and Serpent. Most styles are reported to need around three Beast Cores, and one guide adds that Stone’s trainer will not interact with you unless you are carrying an Axe or Mace, a single-source detail worth confirming in the dialogue box. Trainer prices vary and no reliable price list exists, so read the number on the trainer’s own dialogue instead of a website. One walkthrough puts the currency needed for the 25 to 45 stretch at 4,000 to 10,000; it writes “Yen”, but the in-game currency is spelled Wen, and that figure is not independently confirmed. Trainer positions are in our Breathing trainer locations guide, and the styles themselves are compared in the Breathing style tier list.

Should you spend your Clan Spins straight away?

No. Your clan is assigned when the character is created, and Spins only reroll it. Rarity does not equal strength, so a Supreme roll can be worse for your build than a Rare one. Release26 gives 30 Spins, and the only other sources are Ore, Robux or milestones.

Six rarity tiers exist, and their odds are consistent across three independent sites:

Rarity Chance per roll
Common 60%
Uncommon 23%
Rare 12%
Legendary 4%
Mythic 0.9%
Supreme 0.1%

One wiki insists clans are permanent and cannot be changed, while three other sites describe rerolling through Clan Spins on the Customize or Clan roll screen. The workable reading is that the clan is locked in when you spawn but can be overwritten by a Spin. What no source publishes is the chance of pulling one specific clan, or the full passive multiplier table, so nobody can tell you the expected cost of chasing a named clan such as Kamado or Rengoku. That is the real argument for waiting: without published per-clan odds, a reroll session is an open-ended spend. The mechanics are in our clan reroll guide, and the community ranking of the 41 clans is in the clan tier list.

What is this page based on?

This page is built from Community Verified sources: TechWiser, allthings.how, ProGameGuides and slayers2wiki.com, cross-checked on 2026-09-23 against the site fact ledger. The code list was cross-checked separately against nine independent outlets. Everything describes the live build as of v0.110 on 2026-09-22, and no official changelog exists because Ouw Productions publishes patch notes only in its Discord.

Claims that rest on a single source are labelled as such above:

  • The three side quests as hard prerequisites for progress past level 35, and the Demon Horns spawn in the snow biome above the bear area, both from TechWiser.
  • The Cutlass stat line, from a BloxInformer weapon table, and the 41-clan roster, from Beebom’s full list.
  • The five Lost Page positions, including the barrel, torii and bamboo landmarks, from one hands-on walkthrough.
  • Stone’s trainer requiring an Axe or Mace, and the 4,000 to 10,000 currency estimate for the level 25 to 45 stretch.
  • The earliest comfortable Zuko farming level of 10, which sits awkwardly beside the same source’s 7 to 10 band.

Where a wiki-style site disagrees with the majority, this page follows the majority and says so in the section itself rather than quietly dropping the minority view.
